Heidi Brandt Weed is a REALTOR® who always provides an exceptional level of customer service to her clients. Heidi has a background in education; she taught second grade before starting her own bookkeeping business and working for an insurance services company that allowed her to work from home. Her approach is highly personal and she takes the time to get to know her clients so she can best serve them. Heidi is attentive, communicative, and reliable; she always puts her clients’ needs first.

Born and raised in Cheshire, CT, Heidi knows the local market inside out and is dedicated to helping her clients find their perfect home in the right neighborhood for them.

You’ve been in the business for quite some time. What made you decide to switch to Lamacchia Realty?

“I was drawn to Lamacchia due to the culture, support, and training that is so critical in the ever-changing real estate market. An overwhelming feeling that all staff and agents are valued and appreciated. The energy and positivity that leadership exemplifies are what I need to bring my business to the next level!”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Family means everything to me! I could not live without the support from them and am forever grateful for my friends. I appreciate any time with my family. I love spending time with friends, enjoy photography, being active outdoors, and a good cocktail!”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my knowledge and love of real estate.”

Do you have any pets?

“We have 2 doodles, a chinchilla, 2 guinea pigs, and a cat we rescued from the middle of the road.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I do not have a favorite charity, but I’m always up for a 5K with friends to benefit a local charity!”

What’s your favorite sport to play or watch?

“I enjoy playing tennis and pickleball. Football and basketball are my favorite sports to watch.”
